5

::

Cate Montana: It's good to be here. Thanks, Jill.

6

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay.

7

::

Cate Montana: They're now full grown cats. What can I say? It's like, how did they start off as these little tender furballs? And now they're these big fat cats. But anyway.

8

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It grows so fast, too.

9

::

Cate Montana: They do?

10

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, I remember when my cats were like

11

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I got 4 of them, and they fit in my son's hand. He brought them home, and they just barely they hadn'. I don't even think their eyes were open, but we bottle fed on my daughter and I, and they all lived to be adults. We still have 2 of them, and that was 8 years ago.

12

::

Cate Montana: Oh, yeah.

13

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Blows me away.

14

::

Cate Montana: Had 4 kittens at once. 2 was enough. It's just like no curtain went unclimbed. No, anything went unscathed. It was like, Oh, my God! When is this going to end? And now it's like, Oh, could you run a little bit more and be a little bit more playful.

15

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Test, that.

16

::

Cate Montana: I'd rather talk about cats than interdimensional negative entities interfering with humanity. But you know,

17

::

Cate Montana: that's why cat videos are so popular on Youtube.

18

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, yeah.

19

::

Cate Montana: Nobody wants to talk about the dark, shadowy stuff. But you know, Heck, Jill, if we don't do that, then we're not. We're not hitting on all cylinders, and we're not able to really deal in life with what we need to deal with. And then we wonder why we're still cycling on the same issues over and over again, and kind of going nowhere. And it's kind of like. But but I've meditated for 30,000 h, and I always think positive. And it's just like, Yeah, that's because we're missing half of the other story.

20

::

Cate Montana: I you know, when when Covid hit.

21

::

Cate Montana: Yeah, I had. You know I was writing books on enlightenment. You know that Simon and Schuster was was publishing, and I thought I knew. I thought I knew it all.

22

::

Cate Montana: And then Covid hit, and I looked at the world gone mad overnight, and I'm a health reporter. I've been writing for Lynn Mctaggart's what doctors don't tell you for a decade and a half. So I knew all these alternative therapies that the doctors were employing all over the world for Covid incredibly, successfully. You know nobody was going to the hospital, etc. And I just looked at that whole scenario and went.

23

::

Cate Montana: It was like running into a wall at a thousand miles an hour, Joe and I was like, what the hell am I not seeing? What have I not been looking at? What is really driving this insanity? Why are we being driven into a corral? Why is humanity being herded and destroyed, and from within and without? What the hell is really going on? And so that led me to the dark side that led me to taking a look at what's behind the curtain here.

24

::

Cate Montana: you know I've been in my positivity, Bubble, enjoying it, and you know I can. I can reach Bliss in in with my eyes closed. But what's going on on my daily? You know what's on the daily plate that I have to deal with. And so that led me to the realization that what we, I think of erroneously actually labeled as evil on this planet is very, very real. We have planet Earth has been

25

::

Cate Montana: the subject matter of interdimensional negative. I call it a parasitic intelligence for thousands of years, you know, when I started down this road in 2020 to investigate what the heck was going on.

26

::

Cate Montana: every every culture and every religion that I that I studied going back like 5,000 years.

27

::

Cate Montana: identified this energetic identified these beings. The Greeks called them the Archons. Native Americans call these entities Wetiko. I think the Iroquois nation calls them Windingo the Hawaiian Kahunas call these beings the EPA

28

::

Cate Montana: The Tibetan Buddhists call it the hungry ghosts, because they are parasitic. They feed on on emotional energy.

29

::

Cate Montana: Even Carl Jung talked about it, calling these beings the the antimimos, the Antichrist force on this planet, affecting humanity like forever. And and so I was like.

30

::

Cate Montana: Oh, my God, this is real! And oh, my God! Then the second question was, Well, well, and of course Christianity refers to all this as the devil, and has put it into this very kind of superstitious, based.

31

::

Cate Montana: almost unbelievable. Weird, you know the clove and hoof, and the tail, and the red and the horns, and all that, and makes it so ludicrous that you can kind of dismiss it. Which is which is actually one of the methodologies behind. Why, we don't see this because, I asked myself, after I uncovered that. Oh, my God! This presence has been known for like ever.

32

::

Cate Montana: Well, why don't we know about it, you know? And so then I had to put my thinking cap on. Well, okay, if if we have been subject to this entropic parasitic feeding that just draws our light and draws us down down to more of its level, then then?

33

::

Cate Montana: Well, what's the methodology? What's the mechanism that that allows us to continue to be fed upon and not know about it? So that you know, then that was the next rabbit hole, and then and then and then, and eventually I wrote cracking the matrix which was exposing the presence of this intelligence on this planet. What its agenda is which is fundamentally to have a human body, a host

34

::

Cate Montana: it wants to be able to embody. But we are these amazing beings of love. We're these amazing beings of love vibrating at a frequency up here. And these entropic

35

::

Cate Montana: parasitic forces are way down here in the basement and so enabled to match frequency and actually be able to inhabit and embody a physical body. They got to drag us all the way down to their level so that they can actually take over. Now, this is a long term agenda, and it sounds really, really terrifying. And so

36

::

Cate Montana: do you mind if I just babble on.

37

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Go for it. It's fascinating.

38

::

Cate Montana: So so. But before everybody kind of goes oh, my God, I don't want to know about this anymore. It's like the thing that has been very empowering for me to discover is that once I turned around and I really investigated the nature of this intelligence.

39

::

Cate Montana: it's essentially powerless. It doesn't have the. It doesn't have. These beings don't have enough energy, power, or anything to pick up a rag.

40

::

Cate Montana: They need us to do

41

::

Cate Montana: the hands on to create political systems, economic systems, philosophical systems, religious systems that have truth that pull us in and we go. Yes, that's truth. But then there's a twist.

42

::

Cate Montana: There's a it's called the Twisted Light. Fundamentally, but you know, human we are, we are influenced mostly, mentally and emotionally.

43

::

Cate Montana: and if we can get, you know, if we're wounded and we've got issues and stuff like that, that's where they can hook in wherever we dismiss or

44

::

Cate Montana: wherever we're wounded, on whatever level, mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. That's where that parasitic force can come in and start. You know the whisper in the in the ear, the picture of the devil on one shoulder and the angel on the other is far-fetched. And yet it's got a real element of truth to it, because it's.

45

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Can I ask you a question.

46

::

Cate Montana: It's an influence.

47

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So it doesn't.

48

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Are you saying that it.

49

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the parasite like, takes over the body and pushes the soul out? Or do they inhabit at the same time, how does how does that look.

50

::

Cate Montana: I, you know. I wish I was the definitive authority on this, from the best that I have understood in the last 5 years of research is that it's a gradual takeover.

51

::

Cate Montana: The more we start down the path of fear, self-doubt, self-hatred shame, remorse, guilt, those are all way low, level frequencies. And when we buy into the programming that now this force has been on this planet for thousands of years, so it has made a really strong entry into our world.

52

::

Cate Montana: and there are a lot of political leaders, religious leaders, etc. Who over the centuries have implemented its let's drag humanity into the mud and make us filled with shame, remorse, hate ourselves, hate the body.

53

::

Cate Montana: All all these agendas to make us more susceptible to the influence, to that vibration of

54

::

Cate Montana: you know you really can't do that, and you know you really don't deserve love. And you know you're really not that great a person, you know all those self denigrating frequencies. The more we believe it, the more open we are to that lie. And then, you know, the more we also subject ourselves to. I'm just a lowly human, and I look to God, or my Guru, or something outside and greater than me.

55

::

Cate Montana: who is actually this sublime being of pure love

56

::

Cate Montana: spirit divine. You know we're already God, and it's like, but if we can make it, but if we can be taught to teach ourselves that I'm less than and and a pitiful wretch, and

57

::

Cate Montana: then, you know, then it's got us. Then we become. You see, they don't have any power over us. We're the ones with the power. So if I start believing that I'm a piece of poo, and that I you know I don't deserve to live, or that only, you know, if I pray to God or some other being that can lift me up out of my wretched state, that I'll be saved that sort of thing.

58

::

Cate Montana: I'm doing it to myself.

59

::

Cate Montana: I have the power. They don't have the power. I have the power. They got to convince me to basically sabotage myself. That's the agenda.

60

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I got another question, I'll just raise my finger when I have a question. Okay.

61

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so let's talk about those these people that are on the top layer pushing. Yeah, how is it.

62

::

Cate Montana: Taken over literally.

63

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So they they really don't exist, as as

64

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I lack the words to say, like godly beings, but in that I mean that I believe that our spirits are a piece of God, so.

65

::

Cate Montana: Like.

66

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Though they have lost that piece of God, and it has been pushed out by this parasitic

67

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: paper like, you know, there's specific people I think of in my mind.

68

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, me, too. Probably everybody does. Yeah, there you look at you. Look at a picture, you watch them on TV, and there's just no light behind the eyes

69

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: right.

70

::

Cate Montana: And it's like their spirit is like so far diminished and so far gone that they have literally been taken over, and that is possession, and that.

71

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's very.

72

::

Cate Montana: Real that is absolutely real. Jill.

73

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Interesting.

74

::

Cate Montana: Or they could not machine machinationate, create, manipulate humanity. As I say, they need us. We're the hands. We're the power, right? So can I give you a really quick example of how we've been infiltrated and manipulated. So okay.

75

::

Cate Montana: I think original sin, the teaching of original sin that if you're born in a body, you're innately a corrupt and sin filled. Okay, and that your only salvation is to be out there to God. You know the higher versus the grotesque lower. So that teaching came from Augustine St. Augustine back in 300 BC. Ad. And so he was actually quite a sexual reprobate and alcoholic as his.

76

::

Cate Montana: His Christian mother despaired. His father was pagan, and so he's on the road to hell, and he runs across the teaching of the Prophet of Mani, the prophet of Babylon, and Mani, who lived in 200 Ad. Taught that if you were born of the flesh you were innately sinful and corrupt, and you had to, you know, reach out for God to help.

77

::

Cate Montana: At that point Saint Augustine went. Oh, my God! That's why I've been a bad boy all my life. It's not me, it's my body that has corrupted me. Oh, my God! Now he has an excuse. He converts to Christianity, and becomes one of Christianity's greatest advocates in and in creating fundamental Christian values, and he introduces the concept of original sin.

78

::

Cate Montana: So now, epigenetically, you know, 2,000 years and 200 generations later, we've got shame and guilt embedded in our DNA

79

::

Cate Montana: based on this teaching.

80

::

Cate Montana: The question comes is, where did the idea of original sin come from? Where did Mani, the prophet of Babylon, get that idea?

81

::

Cate Montana: He got it from what he called his other self. It was a voice that whispered to him at night.

82

::

Cate Montana: and it influenced him to such a degree that he was like, okay, yeah, I'll accept that. And then he started teaching the the corruption of the body and the inherent sinfulness of man.

83

::

Cate Montana: So he received that from some other source. Well, that other source is exactly the Archons in what I'm talking about now. Augustine came in later, and he said, Oh, well, Manny was talking to an angel.

84

::

Cate Montana: Course he was talking to God's messenger and Angel

85

::

Cate Montana: Monty never said that. He just said he listened to a voice.

86

::

Cate Montana: So that's the kind of influence we're talking about, and and look at the the devastation, the moral and the and how heartbreaking the impact of that one teaching that one influence on one human being almost 2,000 years ago created. That's the programming we're dealing with.

87

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And Augustine was right. He was talking to an angel, but not all angels are angels of light.

88

::

Cate Montana: Not all angels are angels of light exactly.

89

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's it's a point that many people Miss Angel, just means messenger.

90

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

91

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And he heard from a messenger those other beings that exist around us.

92

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They!

93

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They all have bits and pieces, 2.

94

::

Cate Montana: And agendas.

95

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And agendas, and some are like nefarious, and some are I. You know, they're here to help, but it's up to us personal responsibility. God forbid we should take that

96

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to to make a decision about what we're going to do ourselves.

97

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

98

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And

99

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so many people are have missed that through the years. But I feel like they're waking up to it a little bit.

100

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like, Yeah, we're not going to have an outside hero come and save us.

101

::

Cate Montana: No, no, never will, never, never can. It can't happen.

102

::

Cate Montana: because that's the ultimate disempowerment looking outside for yourself. But then, of course, the teaching has been. Look outside of yourself because you're a piece of poo, and you're only going to ascend to some greater, better state. If you look up to the Higher Self, or the Guru, or the Teacher, or God, or Jesus, or Allah, or whatever. So I think one of the biggest Ahas again, the second time I ran into a wall of a thousand miles an hour. On this whole journey.

103

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Was when I finally realized.

104

::

Cate Montana: I've spent 40. I'm never going to knock the 40 years of meditation okay, or the enlightened moments, the the long, the days of you know of of. Wow, okay, I'm not even Cape Montana. I get it.

105

::

Cate Montana: The value of that is inestimable. But what I learned was ultimately is my power lies down here.

106

::

Cate Montana: not up and out, it's down, and in

107

::

Cate Montana: this body is the temple of the divine. This is spirit

108

::

Cate Montana: with the appearance of flesh. If we go to Einstein and and quantum physics, and all of that.

109

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Even exist.

110

::

Cate Montana: Isn't even physical. Dear God, this is, you know, there ain't no point particle all the way down in here somewhere. So when we really wrap our head around that. It's like, Oh, okay, it's all the same thing. Oh, okay, it's not out there. It's oh, okay, it's right here. This is where the power lies.

111

::

Cate Montana: And there there is such hope, Jill, because, you know, I've seen some pretty freaky videos and read books that are like, you know we're helpless. We're in the thrall. And you know, we're caught in the matrix. And it's just like, well, we are in thrall, and we are caught in a matrix. But once we wake up to the fact that we are caught in a matrix and what the matrix is and how it works.

112

::

Cate Montana: Then we're out of the matrix ta-da.

113

::

Cate Montana: and then we're empowered. And you know my kind of motto. And it's on my website is.

114

::

Cate Montana: how can I become what I already am.

115

::

Cate Montana: You know, we're the whole New Age, and the whole New thought and the whole, you know, self-esteem and and self-improvement program is built built on that. I'm down here somewhere, and I got to get up here someplace. But the truth is, is, I'm already a being of pure love.

116

::

Cate Montana: Now, all I have to do is start. All yeah, all I have to do right. But the job at hand is to take away what isn't me the not me that I've been programmed to believe is me that I'm holding on to, and that I'm making the reality. I'm creating these bar, these jail bars here, and once I go

117

::

Cate Montana: oh, then I start to show up as I really am.

118

::

Cate Montana: So is this. It's a really exciting thing, because I know you know, fear has been the main method of manipulation to keep people from looking at this, so that we stay.

119

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's the only way you can control a population is by keeping them in fear, because you know fear of not conforming fear of not doing what you're supposed to do. Fear of, and and the penalty for that is death

120

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: or separation, and whether it's from God or from your other citizens, or from whatever.

121

::

Cate Montana: Or your Facebook followers, or whatever.

122

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Facebook, in in general.

123

::

Cate Montana: Oh, no! People!

124

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm yeah. I'm like, well, good.

125

::

Cate Montana: It's a really.

126

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It did with.

127

::

Cate Montana: I know it's a hugely profound time. We're in, Jill. And you know people God, people like David Ick! When I look at that man. He's been pounding this pulpit for 45 years.

128

::

Cate Montana: and you know, and what and and half of the world has banned him from travel to those nations because he's such a threat. Well, damn straight, he's a threat.

129

::

Cate Montana: He's been talking about the truth of being fed off of by these beings. He's been talking about this agenda forever. So my my hat's off to him, and I mean I listened to him like 40 years ago, and I was like huh!

130

::

Cate Montana: And then I forgot about it.

131

::

Cate Montana: So because I was focused on everything that I thought I was focused on, not the bad dark stuff. So what a journey.

132

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It. Really, I think Covid was a blessing in so many ways, and you know, people

133

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: people either saw what was going on as it was happening, or they woke up, or they're dying because of the decisions they made to keep themselves safe. But that's the wrong decision. You can never keep yourself totally safe. Life is not without risk in anything that you experience. We're here to have an experience

134

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: as God

135

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: God. I posted a note on on substack the other day, and it and it was basically I had killed a bug

136

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: which had prompted this line of thought for me. I was wondering, because I believe that God also inhabits any any living thing. It plants trees, bugs whatever. There's a sliver. Yeah, there's a sliver of of his consciousness is embedded in that. And he's having these experiences plural.

137

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But all at the same time, like he's experiencing life through you, experiencing through me and all the all the other things that exist. And

138

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and all of these these dark beings that are. They're all part of this, this big tapestry, and without it you've got.

139

::

Cate Montana: Nothing.

140

::

Cate Montana: Well, yeah.

141

::

Cate Montana: But here's an interesting glad you said that because I was listening. I don't know if you're familiar with a woman by the name of Jacqueline Hobbs.

142

::

Cate Montana: Aka Oracle Girl Oracle Girl Org. I plug her big time I was listening to. I don't know. I don't know how to describe this woman except I finally stumbled across the word phenomenon. She is a phenomenon. She's an indescribable phenomenon. So if something about this piques your interest check her out. But anyway, I was listening to her one day, and she just kind of slipped in that these interdimensional forces come from another source.

143

::

Cate Montana: and I was like

144

::

Cate Montana: it was like, Hold the horses! What? What other source, what other source? Everything comes from the one source, the God Almighty Maker of heaven and earth. You know the light, the supreme isness, consciousness whatever. But then, the more I really started to contemplate it, Jill, the whole fabric of monotheism collapsed for me.

145

::

Cate Montana: and because I've never truly been able to wrap my skull around, how a loving God, how the source! Love, pure love, a source of love. Could.

146

::

Cate Montana: you know, gang rape a 3 year old? Okay, create that level of what we call evil. And I, you know, and I, every philosophical and every spiritual teaching in the world has tried to wrap its brain and convolute itself to come out. That. Well, yeah, that that gang rape came from love

147

::

Cate Montana: when I heard. You know there's another source that has that this binary, entropic, parasitic, very unemotional. No love, no compassion, doesn't want to grow, doesn't have any desire to do anything but feed and inhabit and take over. That's its source.

148

::

Cate Montana: And I was like

149

::

Cate Montana: all of a sudden, good and evil, if you will made sense for the 1st time that evil wasn't born of love. There's another source, and then these 2 are oil and water, and they really don't mix, even though this can try to feed off of that, it just won't work. So I'm just throwing that out to the audience is like, when I open my mind to the concept and the possibility of another source altogether.

150

::

Cate Montana: And I think at 1 point, if you get to the point, that there might be more than one source, then how many other sources, of what kind of life form, if you will, or consciousness, or universe, or dimension that was spawned from that source.

151

::

Cate Montana: It kind of gets really big and mind blowing really fast. But I just want to throw that out there because it's made a huge difference in my ability to navigate the why and the wherefores of this intelligence, and and go more and more. Wow! That's not me.

152

::

Cate Montana: That's not me. You know my hypercriticalness, my drivenness, my my self punishment. You know all of those I'm like. I just thought, that's how I am, and it's like the more I discern my being of love versus this other frequency and these other agendas. It's like, Oh, my God! That's not me.

153

::

Cate Montana: So that's that. That's that uncovering of the veil of letting go the not me to oh, and I feel the the shine and the glow and the oh, this is me! I don't resonate to that anymore. So it's it's a real, it's an adventure. And it's a very empowering.

154

::

Cate Montana: It's empowering.

155

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is very empowering. I wonder if that that other

156

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: consciousness, because you're talking about 2 consciousnesses versus one consciousness that has created.

157

::

Cate Montana: All of that. Yep.

158

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: All of that.

159

::

Cate Montana: Yep.

160

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Which is really kind of a dynamic

161

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: way to view it. I think, with Christianity. You're talking about the devil and God right? And the.

162

::

Cate Montana: Fallen angel, Lucifer, and all that. Somehow love has become something other than love. I'm sorry.

163

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Well, the I love this.

164

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Oh, it's gonna go.

165

::

Cate Montana: I love.

166

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The creator of both good and evil. But I think that there's there's a lot in the Bible that's not

167

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: not what we think. It is. So it's.

168

::

Cate Montana: It's a manipulation.

169

::

Cate Montana: His choice.

170

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There is definitely a manipulation.

171

::

Cate Montana: Accept the impossible, that that which is pure love is not going to destroy or do harm.

172

::

Cate Montana: Period.

173

::

Cate Montana: Now this will

174

::

Cate Montana: completely, unconsciously it doesn't. It just doesn't even care, and it will, because parasitic intelligence, by its very nature, is destructive and is self-destructive.

175

::

Cate Montana: And so.

176

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Even if without that we wouldn't live like forever.

177

::

Cate Montana: I don't know about that. But yeah, just the nature of nature. The more I go into the world of love, the more I'm aligning myself with with natural world. As I say, I've discovered the true power and intelligence lies within my body will never lie.

178

::

Cate Montana: My body always knows the truth. Now my mind can screw me up endlessly, endlessly, endlessly.

179

::

Cate Montana: But my body knows, because it is the ground of of love. It's the it's the the expression of love

180

::

Cate Montana: on this on this plane. So it's like the more I learn to trust my knowingness and start to read the field from this place. Then I've got a talisman. Then I've got power. Then I can never be tricked by external manipulation.

181

::

Cate Montana: Then I can finally firmly sit in my seat of grounded power and know God and no, no, I'm not going to take that shot. Yes, I am going to move to that place. No, I'm not going to eat that substance, you know. This is telling me where to go.

182

::

Cate Montana: That's true power. That's true love, that's health

183

::

Cate Montana: and and and it. And it's not a thing that we can do by ourselves, either. This is, if there's anything I've learned, Jill is, it's about communication and mutual support, and joining hands with other people who are getting this this level of self-trust and self-love

184

::

Cate Montana: and going. Okay?

185

::

Cate Montana: Oh, we stand for love. We sit down for love, we live for love, we do this, and not the airy fairy bullshit. Love of oh, I have to be nice all the time. Or you know, love is is this planet, and it contains a volcano that could wipe me out tomorrow. And it's still love. It's life force, and it's growth, and it doesn't look twice at running me over. And so if I can stop taking it personally, I go. Yeah, okay.

186

::

Cate Montana: I want to align with that.

187

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love it, and that's what you explore in your substack.

188

::

Cate Montana: That's what I explore in my sub stack. That's what I explore in my books. Yep.

189

::

Cate Montana: and it's fun, because it's an exploration, you know, Shit Jill. If you'd asked me 10 years ago, I would have pretty much told you, given you an answer for everything. And now I really realize finally, I've come to the point where how little I know, but now it's much more an adventure, because I don't have all the answers. I'm getting a few. And and they're making sense. And I can see and feel and experience the shift in myself

190

::

Cate Montana: of what that is, and how we can really start to show up together, and so the proof is in the pudding, so to speak.

191

::

Cate Montana: and it is an adventure much bigger than we had.

192

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And when you break through that it it just is like

193

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: opening the the opening, the cellar door.

194

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And and discovering there's there's this whole world out there that is like

195

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it's sunshine and and amazing experiences.

196

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it doesn't have anything to do with anything other than just being.

197

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And the power of being and accepting who you are, and how you show up, and and

198

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you know all the pieces, and and being able to look at your thoughts and say, now, that's not my thought, that's something else's thought.

199

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and I don't have to look at that.

200

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I could just let it go.

201

::

Cate Montana: Bye, yeah, totally.

202

::

Cate Montana: And then, yeah, you know, we truly are on the trajectory to creating the new world.

203

::

Cate Montana: because there's just so far that this anti-life force can continue to mess with this. It's oil and water at a certain point, this just going to go its own way.

204

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, it has to. I I you can feel that happening. There's

205

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: they try to to gin up the the whole political arguments and the medical arguments and the arguments about everything. Arguments are just

206

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: evil trying to instill fear in otherwise occupied, unoccupied human beings. Yeah. So.

207

::

Cate Montana: Absolutely.

208

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: In the morning.

209

::

Cate Montana: Over there.

210

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Look at. Look at! Look at the orange, you know thing over there, or look at Elon. Let's go burn a

211

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Tesla or something.

212

::

Cate Montana: An ugly Tesla, but it's like, Oh, please! People such as ugly, aren't they?

213

::

Cate Montana: They were so ugly.

214

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Even when even when Elon Musk was supposed to be cool, I've always thought Elon Musk was a little odd, but.

215

::

Cate Montana: Thought he was scary as hell when he decided when he came out and announced that AI is dangerous. So therefore, let take my neural link and implant it in your brain. I was like.

216

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

217

::

Cate Montana: Okay bye, bye.

218

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, I

219

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I like AI to an extent. But it's not. It's just a program. It is not sentient. And people get all wrapped around the axle about sentient. But when you start talking about changing humanity in.

220

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and I'm sorry. But those shots do change humanity. They.

221

::

Cate Montana: You too.

222

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They mess with your DNA, and then they mess with your offspring's DNA.

223

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it it causes changes to that. We don't really even know how they're gonna affect

224

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the future generations. And yet we're just like, Oh, go, take! These are safe and effective. Neither.

225

::

Cate Montana: Well, it hooks us up to a different. It hooks us up to this different frequency.

226

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Rating.

227

::

Cate Montana: Down here and again the whole agenda Jill, is to drag us down and drag and diminish our light until we're operating at such a low level that we're literally completely taken over.

228

::

Cate Montana: And and yeah, the the

229

::

Cate Montana: all of the nanotechnology and the graphene oxide and everything else in in the shots, or

230

::

Cate Montana: just right there, you know, and here's 1 of the things about, you know the spiritual teachings, and how we've been uplifted, and then shot in the foot at the same time with so much of our spiritual teachings, this whole power to manifest on this powerful mind. It's just like, Oh, please! The mind is just such a small part of the picture. It's just ludicrous, but I do not know how many of my friends in the spirituality arena. Jill

231

::

Cate Montana: went. No, I don't want to take the shot. Everything in me is going. Ew, I'll just white light it because I want to go to my friend's wedding in Spain.

232

::

Cate Montana: or I want to be able, or I want to be able to continue my business. I mean, people were were faced with truly the the ethical moral equivalent of a life decision right there, yes or no, and so many of my friends they knew not to take the shot, and then they excused it, and they wanted to go do something, and so they took the easy way out and said, Oh, I'll just white light it. Well, I'm like.

233

::

Cate Montana: I'm so glad your mind is so powerful that you can overcome what's in that syringe me? I can't dodge a hangover.

234

::

Cate Montana: Good luck.

235

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Consequences for every decision you make in life, and they might not have liked the consequence of saying, No, but you, really it was a test.

236

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and they were lot of people that failed. That test.

237

::

Cate Montana: I lost 90% of my friends just like that.

238

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. Hi.

239

::

Cate Montana: I mean, and on the whole.

240

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Took that shot. I was not going to stay married to him. We've been married for 30 years. It was like.

241

::

Cate Montana: God, Jill.

242

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I just don't want to be around it. I have a daughter who's never been vaccinated ever.

243

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

244

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Like, yeah, nothing. And

245

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I was talking to her. It's like you. You cannot do this. It will probably kill you.

246

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

247

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Because your body isn't even used to having like the other crap that they want to shoot at. You.

248

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

249

::

Cate Montana: I had a I have a friend who came to me after her 1st booster, and we were sitting on my deck, and she just looked at me, and there was such sorrow in her eyes, and she said, I feel like I've lost my connection to myself.

250

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's designed to do that to you.

251

::

Cate Montana: And it was designed to do that. And I was just God, my heart! Just yeah, my heart goes out. But this is this is the place where we're at in the world, Jill. We are at the we are at this crunch time what it was that back to the future, you know. And he said, It's crunch time, Doc. It's crunch time. These are the life or death. I'm going down this road, or I'm going down that road times.

252

::

Cate Montana: And so so the more we can develop this trust in ourselves and our own knowing grounded in our body. You know. I tell everybody people say, Well, what do I do to surmount this influence?

253

::

Cate Montana: Take off your shoes, turn off your phone, go outside and sit under a tree for 15 min a day, and just get quiet

254

::

Cate Montana: tune in ground to Mother Earth ground in your body. This is where the Temple of Truth lies.

255

::

Cate Montana: and if you can align with nature.

256

::

Cate Montana: You're going to be guided in the right path.

257

::

Cate Montana: and it may take you. It may be a hard row, and it may make you face really hard, freaking decisions.

258

::

Cate Montana: But that's the life path.

259

::

Cate Montana: and it's inside us. It's inside. It's always been inside us. How many you know the kingdom of heaven lies within. Yes, it does. So. Getting to that place. That's what all my books are about. That's what my sub stacks about. That's what the whole your message is about is like, how do we empower ourselves and each other? This is this is the path.

260

::

Cate Montana: Get right.

261

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it's

262

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: yeah. Get right with nature and it your life it does is not guaranteed to look any certain way, and it might.

263

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It might be that the change that you're experiencing is what's supposed to happen. You're supposed to have this experience. Now we're not.

264

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We're told this lie that you know you grow up, you get married, you go to college, you have X number of kids, and then you have a career for so many years, and then you buy a house, and you've got all this stuff, and and that's a good life.

265

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But that's not.

266

::

Cate Montana: And then you die.

267

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then you die, and then you sit in your rocking chair for 10 years and then you die

268

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in front of the television set living somebody else's life.

269

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

270

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That doesn't even exist. So that's what that's that was the trajectory that I was

271

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: encouraged to embrace as I was growing up.

272

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But that's not the trajectory that we have to embrace. It's just one possibility, and it's 1 that

273

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: particular one has dragged more people down into the very low depths

274

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: of vibration because they get all frustrated because things don't go as they think they should be going, and they're trying to manifest things. But they're they're stuck in their head about what this manifesting thing should look like rather than just letting it all be a game. Everything is a freaking game. It's it's just like it's going to be, whatever it's going to be. You can have desires, and you can want to win at a certain game. But it doesn't mean that you're going to necessarily.

275

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: but just exploring the options.

276

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How fun is that.

277

::

Cate Montana: Yep.

278

::

Cate Montana: Open-minded exploration, absolutely.

279

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Being curious.

280

::

Cate Montana: Yes, yep, and knowing that

281

::

Cate Montana: who we really are will prevail. Love will always out.

282

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Huh!

283

::

Cate Montana: But we have to do the work.

284

::

Cate Montana: We have to make life affirming choices we have, we have to do the work of of building. So of of discovering that we're trustworthy.

285

::

Cate Montana: not up here, because this is the last place I can trust. But down in in the body it's like, okay, follow this. Follow my heart, follow my gut.

286

::

Cate Montana: Yep, that's.

287

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Then it's not the same answer for everyone.

288

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know. Everyone is on their own path, and it's fine. You don't have to pull people onto your path.

289

::

Cate Montana: No.

290

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I think the more that we can just let people be who they are.

291

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the better it's going to be for all of us.

292

::

Cate Montana: Well, it certainly is a lot less arduous because I can't convince anybody to do a damn thing. The best I can do is to find my own wobbly path and strengthen it, and then, if I can reach out a hand or write a substack article or a book that helps other people stand on their own 2 feet and reach out a hand to another person, so we can walk forward together as what we really are, beings of pure love, and create a whole new paradigm and a reality out of that frequency from what we really are.

293

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Amen. Sister.

294

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm I'm I'm with you the whole way. I and I see it coming. That that's the thing that just fills me with hope

295

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: is that I I see it coming. You know I do recognize that there's a lot of chaos in the world right now.

296

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There's a lot of what people would call evil in the world right now.

297

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: but it doesn't. I don't have to dwell on it.

298

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and I don't have to believe that that's

299

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that. It's always going to be that way, because I just don't.

300

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think it's just a time.

301

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and then something else will happen, and we can go through that experience for a while.

302

::

Cate Montana: The more the love builds Jill, the more the other falls away, because it cannot cling to love. It cannot vibrate. It's like it's just like the tick falls off, and it just it does. It literally falls away. But sometimes it's a bitch, you know, walking that path when you're vibrating at a higher and higher level, and then all the stuff inside you and outside you that's not of love shows up.

303

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Hmm.

304

::

Cate Montana: And then the hard decisions come. But you know, we just keep walking down that road and going. Okay. I'm a being a pure love, and I'm doing the best I can, and that's my sincere intention, and

305

::

Cate Montana: just keep walking just what it was. A dory. Just keep swimming. Keep swimming, swimming. Keep swimming.

306

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that.

307

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay. So people can find your books where.

308

::

Cate Montana: Amazon. You can go to my website, katemontana.com, and that's Kate with a C and my substack, which is cmontana.substack.com.

309

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Perfect, and on your sub stack.

310

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: why should people subscribe to your content.

311

::

Cate Montana: It's an ongoing. Yeah, because this is an ongoing, unveiling and evolution. And so my substack is about whatever comes up in the moment to examine. And, oh, my God! I never saw this before! Or, Oh, my God! This fits with that, or have you ever thought about or you know the latest I've learned. It's all this conversation about this, this ongoing unveiling. So

312

::

Cate Montana: that's what it's about.

313

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love it. I I've been over there and read some of your articles, and they they do explore

314

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: questions that people, I think, are more and more asking and.

315

::

Cate Montana: Oh!

316

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's just exploring the questions. It's not coming up with a it has to be. This has to be the answer. We can.

317

::

Cate Montana: No

318

::

Cate Montana: even silly stuff like, which isn't even silly like, you know. When I noticed I've been noticing for for a decade that cars are becoming more and more monochromatic. And I

319

::

Cate Montana: picture of a parking lot in 1985, and it was a rainbow of colors. And now you look at a parking lot, and one out of every 18 cars has color one out of every 18.

320

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Muted color.

321

::

Cate Montana: Everything, and it's a muted color usually, and so everything is shades of gray and to black and white, and I'm like, well, what the devil is all that about, but it's a dulling of our senses. Everything is about bringing us down to a lower level. It's a dulling of our senses. It's a dulling of our exuberance. It's a dulling of our ability to appreciate beauty and color and vibrancy. It's like

322

::

Cate Montana: Christ. It's more sucking on our on our energy. So I mean, yeah, so that's the kind of stuff I get into on my sub stack.

323

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love it, and she does have a picture of the 19 eighties parking lot with all of the bright colored cars.

324

::

Cate Montana: It's shocking!

325

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is. I remember those those parking lots, and I remember those cars, and there were lots of varieties of shapes of cars. Also, today. It's you've got the weird looking Tesla cars, but you've got mostly they're just like either boxes or they're bigger boxes.

326

::

Cate Montana: Yeah. And they've got mean lines. If you've noticed. I you know they look mean they're they're like military vehicles.

327

::

Cate Montana: and it's just like ew, I literally. Now, I almost. It's very sad driving sometimes anymore. And I just look at mean monochromatic vehicles that we're shoving ourselves into. And it's like, well, what's all that about? Well, that's part of the program.

328

::

Cate Montana: And a lot of people spend a lot of time in their vehicles. Yeah, even more time than they're awake at home.

329

::

Cate Montana: Yeah.

330

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If they work outside of their home in a big city.

331

::

Cate Montana: Yeah. Yep.

332

::

Cate Montana: So stuff like that. You know the the clues, the hints are all around us.

333

::

Cate Montana: We just need to have the the eyes to see, and the ears to hear.

334

::
